Refund & Return Policy



Refund: As soon as the product is received by the customer, the product should be inspected in front of the delivery man. If there is any defect in the product, it must be returned immediately through the delivery man. In that case, if the buyer has paid in advance, it will be refunded within 05 working days.

In some cases, no refund will be given if no complaint is lodged through Piara Bazar hotline number/email/Facebook page within 72 hours of product delivery.

In both situations, return shipping cost must be carried by the customer.

Is my product covered under a manufacturer's warranty?

A limited manufacturer's warranty is included free for certain categories of products, and may include an option to extend coverage up to 3 more years. When available on a specific product, extended coverage includes 100% of repair or replacement costs excluding shipping costs for the exchange (shipping cost needed to be carried by the customer).

If something happens to your product and it is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can contact the manufacturer to make the claim. Their contact information should be included in the packaging, but if you can’t find it, or if you need any help making this claim, contact us and we will gladly help you in any way we can.


How do I return something I bought online?

Here are two easy ways to return an online purchase:

  • Return any purchase to Piara Bazar

Returning an online purchase by mail is the easiest way to return a large or heavy item. Returning an online purchase is fast and easy, and you can get the ball rolling from your own home:

  1. Log in to your piarabazar.ca account

  2. Choose the order from which you’d like to return an item, and click “Manage order”

  3. In the “View order number” box, click “Changed your mind?”

  4. Choose whether you’d like to return a few individual items, or if you’d like to return everything in the order. Once you’ve selected the item(s) you’d like to return, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Continue”.

  5. You’ll have the option to return these items to a store, or return your items by mail. Once you select your return method and click “Continue”, you’ll see instructions for how to complete the return process.

Good to know: If you decide to return something by mail, you can usually drop the item into any Canada Post mailbox. Larger items will be eligible for a “call tag”, which means someone will come to your house to pick up the item. In this case, the carrier will call you to arrange a pickup time. And one more thing — if you choose to return your purchase by mail, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
