SECTION 6 – Accuracy of Account and Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases made from our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PAYMENT

All orders are payable in Canadian dollars (CAD). You can pay for your order by:

Credit card: Visa, Master Card.

Your account will be debited when ordering. In the event of products are exhausted or unavailable, the amount of these products will be automatically refunded via the means of payment used during the validation of the order.

PayPal: by choosing to pay via PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal Account (if applicable).

PAYMENT SECURITY

For the security of your transactions, Piara Bazar closely works with a certified e-commerce electronic payment service provider. This operator uses the SSL encryption process. Bank details are encrypted and then transmitted securely to authorization servers where the data is verified to limit abuse and fraud. These confidential data are never transmitted to Piara Bazar. The rules for using bank cards impose on banks domiciled in Canada, the obligation to cover the risk of fraudulent use of bank cards. Any fraudulent transaction will be notified by the User to his bank or to the institution issuing his card.

Complaints

a)  Procedures

All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post within 7 days of

delivery, to the following address:

Our refunds include taxes and are made through the same payment method you chose when ordering online. If your payment was made by credit card, you will need to wait for one (1) to two (2) account statements to arrive before the credit appears on them. You assume the transport risks for returned products and the cost of returns. Upon receipt of the package and after checking the items, Piara Bazar will refund or not.

b) Non-conforming product

In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it may be returned to Piara Bazar who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it without penalty, except for return costs which are the responsibility of the buyer. To obtain an exchange or a refund, the buyer must meet each of the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition.

The item must have kept its seal of freshness intact.

Piara Bazar is committed to obtaining information about its purchasers in an honest and lawful manner. Piara Bazar only collects uses and discloses the personal information of its purchasers for the
